Our services

As a firm of Chartered Financial Planners, our focus is on financial planning.

We consider your objectives, needs and aspirations alongside your financial and personal circumstances, and use this information to construct a financial plan.

Using our cash flow planning software, we analyse your assets, investments, debts, income and expenditure to give you a detailed forecast of how your wealth might change over your lifetime.

We help you plan and adapt to real-life events, before, during and after they happen. It’s interactive and collaborative, meaning we can work together to help you make smarter, more tangible financial decisions.

Cashflow planning

Whatever financial questions you may have, our cash flow planning software can help.

We run multiple ‘what if’ scenarios to demonstrate to you how the decisions you make now will impact your financial future, enabling us to create an accurate financial framework that should be regularly reviewed with us as your life changes.

Our role is to design and monitor a strategy to meet your objectives as tax efficiently as possible. As a result of this strategy, there is often a requirement for investment management, alongside tax planning and income management.

Investments are managed using various strategies to meet different financial goals, with portfolios being developed with the help of established research partners.

PR&W is responsible for providing investment advice, while the fund research and management of the portfolios is undertaken in association with the research partners. These partners bring a wealth of experience including strong teams of analysts and portfolio managers, and a broad range of investment management resources.

We always ensure there is a selection of investment portfolios available that cater to the varying requirements of our clients.

We offer all new clients an initial meeting which is at our expense and without any obligation. This would typically take place in our offices in the City of London.

We charge fixed fees for our initial advice, which will be determined by the complexity of the situation and the level of service you require. We charge a fee for the advice, which would be payable whether or not you proceed with the recommendation, and a separate implementation fee, if you decide to proceed.

We typically charge an ongoing fee equal to 0.75% per annum of the value of the portfolio. For example, if you invest £400,000, the ongoing fee will be £3,000 per annum. Because the fee is percentage-based, as the portfolio size increases, so will the fee payable.

In addition to our ongoing fees, there will also be fees payable for investment management and financial products, such as platform costs.
